Del Norte Limo Rental Agreement
Del Norte Limo is committed to providing you a safe, stylish, comfortable ride. We are happy to provide either a bottle of champagne or sparking cider and bottled water. You may with prior arrangements provide us with other beverages, snacks, newspapers, etc of your liking.
Del Norte Limo charges $50 an hour with a two (2) hour minimum, starting from the time the vehicle arrives at your point of departure to the time the last person leaves the vehicle.
There are a few rules to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable ride:
· No more than six people are allowed to ride in the limo.
· No riders should be in the front area of the limo.
· Smoking or use of chewing tobacco is prohibited.
· Underage drinking of alcohol is not allowed.
· Prepayment is required, either in check or cash, or secured with a credit card. If a passenger wishes to use the vehicle longer than originally expected, payment must be made at that time to the driver if paid with check or cash .
· If the vehicle is deliberately damaged by a passenger, the person that secured the ride will be responsible for full reimbursement of all repair costs, plus any loss of business during the time of repairs.
· If passengers refuse to abide by the rules, or become in the opinion of the driver unruly or unsafe, the ride will be terminated and the renter billed for full rental. Should a passenger(s) refuse to leave a vehicle, law enforcement will be notified.
